Surround yourself with people who will listen to your stories, laugh at your jokes and make the time fly by. Then when it’s all over, you’ll be recharged and ready for another busy week.

For example, after a long busy week that includes multiple work events and social activities like dinner with friends or family, you must do something for yourself. You should find some time to relax, so you will be well-rested to face the following week.
